When you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious try imagery for instant relief.
Imagery is just what it sounds like, images…forming mental images or pictures.
As a child everyone used their imagination, but somewhere between childhood and adulthood many put their imagination on hold.
Use that same concept to help you unwind, de-stress.

No matter where you are, you can take 10 or 15 minutes to escape and daydream your stress away.

I am stressed to the max!! If I was to think about the sea and the seagulls and picture it, the seagulls would be leaving there waste on my head.
If I pictured skydiving I would pictured my parachute getting a whole in it and hitting the ground in double time.

Do you think I am to far gone.

I am stressed boy do I mean stressedQ!!!

Oh Ms Cherry, you’re too funny. At least you have a sense of humor about it.

But seriously, in between all the PTSA stuff and Pines Middle Green Fair and kids, grandkids, hubby and life take even 10 minutes for yourself and sit and relax….imagine a favorite vacation spot, imagine anything that brings you enjoyment and relaxation!

You can do it :)
