Enjoy peaceful moments
Start your day off right so you can ward off stress.
Enjoy a nutritious smoothie, meditate, pray, do yoga.

If you have time, go read a book in the park, relax at the beach.

Relive a childhood past time, blow bubbles.
How can you blow bubbles and be upset or stressed?
It’s too much fun, relaxing to be able to be mad, hurt, stressed while blowing bubbles.
Just let yourself go and do something (be it for 20 mins or all day) for yourself that will bring you peace and enjoyment.
Cherish the peaceful moments of your day, and make sure to plan time to make those moments!
